1. this level teaches about application of Dn and/or Scn data in life. Processes taught are application of data in Dn and Scn books. End result is ability to help self and others through the application of data contained in books of Dn and Scn. (CG&AC 75)

2. the offer of this certificate may be made in mailings to persons who have bought books. The sole requirements are that they have read the book and done "some" processing on another successfully. The application is for a certificate as HBA. (HCO PL 7 Apr 65)
