the title and post of HCO Volunteer Sec is abolished. Such personnel will be known simply as HCO City Secs. His/her sole aim and purpose is to act as an HCO terminal and relay point for the area, in close cooperation with the Continental HCO of the area, with the purpose of coordinating the dissemination and effectiveness of Scn in the area.
