Definitions

a Franchise Center has less than 30 staff members. Its org board simply states who is there and what he does. It is franchised by official Scn but is not an "official org" unless it so requests. It trains all levels up to but not including Level Zero. It can run a Dn Course. It processes up to the classification of the auditor auditing but not including or above power processing. It does not have power processing. It concentrates on PE, individual and co-auditing at Dn level. It can do group auditing. It operates day or evening or both. (HCO PL 21 Oct 66 11)
