the Financial P1 Directive of the month is issued promptly after the second Tuesday meeting of the month as an Exec Division Admin Letter with the month and financial planning on it in caps such as FINANCIAL PLANNING FOR MARCH. Long-range planning also appears on this directive, this long-range financial annmg is not binding and is often changed in view of current happenings.
