the purpose of the Dianetic Counseling Group Program is to boom Dn in the field. It can be delivered in high volume to the masses anywhere and everywhere. The program is designed so that people can operate and run Dn freely. Dianeticists are given a free reign to expand and operate on this planet everywhere. There are no stops or limitations. Dianetic Counseling Groups do not pay 10% to WW or Scn orgs. There are no titles for Dianetic Counseling Groups, its income is its own.
