(used by the LRH Comm) a very vital tool in obtaining compliance is the correction form. It is very essential that a correction form may be started on any bugged or stalled compliance on the WHOs found by investigation to be not wearing their hats. The correction form handles the why behind noncompliance and results in overall improvement of the org. (BPL 19 Oct 73)
