associated with the FLO (continental) is a consultant mission. This mission is a mission. It has all the privileges of a mission. It does however have added duties and responsibilities which are (a) to provide a location in which prospective Mission Directors and staffs can be trained and apprenticed on mission actions, and (b) to provide the FLO with advices as duly consulted and requested by the FLO.
