hereafter, no refund or repayment may be made by any org without its being passed by the Claims Verification Board. The Board is established under the Finance Bureau of the Guardian Office. The purpose of the CVB is to prevent the payment of false claims and to see to the validity and payment of claims. (BPL 14 Nov 74)
