Definitions

1. a late engram which crosses chains of engrams would be a "cross engram." If such an engram resulted in a loss of sanity it would be called a "break-engram." (DMSMH, p. 144)

2. the secondary engram after the receipt of which the individual experienced a lowering of general tone to 2.5 or below and became therefore unable to cope with his environment. (DTOT Gloss)
