the Book Department of HCO WW is regarded simply as a book department-its sole purpose being to supply books and other materials to individuals, bookstores and the HCOs throughout the world. It is not directly concerned with the dissemination of Scn, and it does not deal with any correspondence whatsoever apart from that entailed in the supply of books, etc. (HCO PL 14 Oct 60)
