Definitions

a large cellulose or soft board at least three feet by five high exists in HGC Admin. Each auditor's name is printed on a card and each PC's name is put on a card. There is a column for each session period if there are more than one in the day. The auditor's names are in the column on the left on green cards and the PC's are in the other columns on white cards. HGC Admin assigns and routes by moving cards on the assignment board. (HCO PL 4 Jul 65)
