used to get a list to read. Assessment questions are delivered with impingement, the auditor accenting or "barking" the last word and syllable. An assessment is done crisply and businesslike with real punch (not shouting) so each line is to the pc. This is not to say that an assessment is done tone 40 or with antagonism.
