this is a specialist course specifically in the C/Sing tech of Expanded Dn. Expanded Dianetics C/S status is awarded as a provisional status until the SHSBC has been completed at an SH Org. The prerequisite is the EX Dn course, Dn and Class IV or VI C/S courses. (BPL 26 Apr 73R I)
