== Definitions ==

1. [[TECH|Tech]]-[[DIV|Div]] 4 GDSes are as follows: (1) total number of [[STUDENT_POINTS|student points]]. (2) total number of [[WELL_DONE|well done]] [[AUDITING|auditing]] hours. Well done hours are defined as those hours given a well done by the [[C_SLASH_S|C/S]]-the [[SESSION|session]] [[HAVING|having]] concluded on [[F_SLASH_N|F/N]] [[VGIS|VGIs]] and the PC having F/N VGIs at the [[EXAMINER|examiner]] immediately after the session, and no gross technical outnesses in the session. Total well done hours are to be counted as follows: (a) the number of [[PAID|paid]] "in the chair" well done hours produced by Div 4. (b) for every 10 paid well done hours, one [[STAFF|staff]] well done hour may be added (10 staff VMHs for every 100 paid WDHs) provided it was actually delivered to staff by Div 4. (c) plus [[ADMIN|admin]] [[TIME|time]] up to 25% of (a) and (b) above may be added provided it was productive admin time actually done by auditors who did 25 hours "in the chair" auditing. (Admin time by auditors who have not produced 25 hours in the chair may not be included in the [[GDS|GDS]].)

2. "well done auditing hours" is defined as number of auditing hours in the chair which are well done by C/S grading, with F/N, VGIs at end of sesison and examiner, to which can be added admin time up to and no higher than 10 per [[CENT|cent]] of the [[ACTUAL|actual]] well done hours audited.
