== Definitions ==

1. [[PURPOSE|purpose]]: to uphold and increase the technical excellence of the [[ORGANIZATION|organization]] through [[SUPERVISION|supervision]], [[ADVICE|advice]] and [[TRAINING|training]]. Duties: to put in and maintain the technical [[LINES|lines]] and [[DATA|data]] in the organization. To clarify any technical difficulties. The Technical [[COUNCIL|Council]] is headed by the [[TECHNICAL_DIRECTOR|Technical Director]] and is composed of any [[STAFF_MEMBER|staff member]] who is a [[SAINT_HILL|Saint Hill]] Graduate with a [[CLASSIFICATION|classification]] of [[III|III]] or above. The council will meet on order of the Technical [[DIRECTOR|Director]]: as needed to resolve technical difficulties as observed by its members; on appeal from a [[STAFF|staff]] [[MEMBER|member]] or [[DEPARTMENT_HEAD|department head]].
