number of [[STUDENT|student]] completions is the departmental [[STATISTIC|statistic]] of [[DEPT|Dept]] II. A student [[COMPLETION|completion]] is completion of any [[COURSE|course]] delivered in Dept 11 with a [[FLAG|Flag]] [[CHECKSHEET|checksheet]], plus [[PAID|paid]] major internship course completions (also with a Flag checksheet). The student must have paid in full for the completion to count. [[THEORY|Theory]] and [[PRACTICAL|practical]] are not counted as separate completions. The full course with final pass or attest at [[EXAMINER|Examiner]] must be [[COMPLETED|completed]] to count.
