the [[SECTION|Section]] [[III|III]] [[BASE|Base]] shall now be called the [[BASE_ORGANIZATION|Base Organization]]. It is at the moment without any [[STAFF|staff]]. The staff of the [[COMMODORE|Commodore]] at the moment are [[DOING|doing]] a caretake -- organizational [[ACTION|action]] on it. Staff must be sent from WW for it. They need have no [[SEA|sea]] [[EXPERIENCE|experience]] or activities and are just like any other [[ORG|org]] staff. The staff of the Commodore will organize it and get it going but proper staff for Section III actions must be supplied by WW in the very near [[FUTURE|future]]. Proper base [[PERSONNEL|personnel]] have been demanded from WW for the Base [[ORGANIZATION|Organization]]. (FO I) [Section III Base was an idea for a landbase where people could come and safely do Section III OT. A land site was never found and the idea of Section III Base became the AO on the Royal Scotman which later moved too and was called AO Alicante. This AO eventually moved to Edinburgh, Scotland.
