are defined as (1) those students who are holding a valid, in [[FORCE|force]] and in [[HAND|hand]] [[CLASS_IV|Class IV]] or above [[CERTIFICATE|certificate]]; (2) those students who are holding a valid, in force and in hand old [[HCA_SLASH_HPA|HCA/HPA]] certificate or (3) those students who are fully [[PAID|paid]] up through [[HAA|HAA]] and actually on the [[COURSE|course]]. At a Church of [[SCIENTOLOGY|Scientology]] SH [[ORGANIZATION|organization]], a [[STUDENT|student]] to receive the [[PROFESSIONAL|professional]] [[DISCOUNT|discount]] would have to be either (a) on the [[SHSBC|SHSBC]] or (b) holding a valid, in force and in hand SHSBC [[CLASS_VI|Class VI]] certificate. A valid in force [[CERT|cert]] has a fully paid up membership.
