there will be a Petty Officers' [[CONFERENCE|Conference]] on the [[ORG|org]] board under [[HCO|HCO]] conferences [[SECTION|section]], [[DEPT|Dept]] 20, [[DIV|Div]] 7, which will convene once every week. It will be headed by an elected chairman and [[SECRETARY|secretary]] with two deputies each, one on [[PORT|port]] and one on [[STARBOARD|starboard]]. The [[PURPOSE|purpose]] of this [[GROUP|group]] will be to hold the [[COMMAND_LINE|command line]] and back up the [[SHIP|ship]]'s officers. It shall employ a target board for its projects which is [[POSTED|posted]] in the petty officers' [[MESS|mess]] and [[FACILITIES|facilities]] must be available for such.
