When [[ACTUAL|actual]] honest [[EVIDENCE|evidence]] is presented to C&A that he has demonstrated that he can [[PRODUCE|produce]] flubless [[RESULTS|results]] his [[CERTIFICATE|certificate]] is validated with a [[GOLD|gold]] seal and is a permanent certificate. With other courses the person must demonstrate that he can apply the [[MATERIALS|materials]] studied by [[PRODUCING|producing]] an actual, honest [[STATISTIC|statistic]] in the materials studied. He presents this evidence to C&A and receives a validation gold seal on his certificate.
