1. the [[MANAGEMENT_BUREAU|Management Bureau]] consists of people in [[CHARGE|charge]] of areas and orgs, and these people manage those orgs. They are fully responsible for the orgs under their care, their stats and [[EXPANSION|expansion]]. They [[EVALUATE|evaluate]] [[ORG|org]] situations and [[HANDLE|handle]]. These I/Cs are called Org Managers, e.g. AF Org [[MANAGER|Manager]], [[FLEU|FLEU]] Org Manager. Each person is responsible for a certain [[AREA|area]] or org and he directs that org based on [[EVALUATION|evaluation]]. The Org Manager is senior to the COs and EDs of the orgs. He keeps in [[COMM|comm]] with the execs in his orgs. He supervises the OFOs of his orgs and makes sure they are wearing their [[HATS|hats]] according to already existing CBOs. He reviews the stats of each of his orgs every week and based on stats manages his orgs by investigating and [[HANDLING|handling]] situations that affect org [[PRODUCTION|production]]. He uses the FR and [[LRH_COMM|LRH Comm]] [[LINES|lines]] to execute programs that will keep the org expanding. The [[PRODUCT|product]] of the Org Manager is expanding orgs.
