Takes articles, material and ads from [[HCO_INFORMATION_LETTER|HCO Information Letter]] and other sources. Must be okayed by [[ASSN_SEC|Assn Sec]] of [[CENTRAL|Central]] [[ORG|Org]] and his [[DEPARTMENT|department]] heads before [[BEING|being]] printed to be sure their campaigns are forwarded and offerings brought to [[PUBLIC|public]] notice. Intelligent use of this minimizes expensive [[SPECIAL_MAILINGS|special mailings]]. Sent to everyone in [[ACTIVE|active]] CF files, whether members or not.
