[[MISSION|mission]] eligibility is based on [[ETHICS|ethics]], [[TRAINING|training]], [[CASE|case]] and [[EFFECTIVENESS|effectiveness]]. [[DIVISION|Division]] One of the Flagship must [[SET_UP|set up]] a mission eligible [[FILE|file]]. This will consist of (1) a [[LIST|list]] of all officers and [[CREW|crew]] of the [[SEA_ORG|Sea Org]] in alphabetical order giving [[RANK|rank]], location, ethics category, [[CASE_LEVEL|case level]], case category, [[AUDITOR|auditor]] [[LEVEL|level]], [[MISSION_SCHOOL|mission school]] grading, checksheets [[COMPLETED|completed]], missions done, mission eligible (ME), mission ineligible (MI).
