in [[DEPARTMENT_1|Department 1]], an [[ALLOCATION|allocation]] board is kept which shows vacancies. This board is a piece of cardboard which shows all divisions and departments of the [[ORG|org]] board aligned such as the org board. It is kept by [[PERSONNEL_PROCUREMENT|personnel procurement]] and when a request for a [[STAFF_MEMBER|staff member]] comes in, the [[PERSONNEL|personnel]] procurement [[OFFICER|officer]] writes on a small strip of paper the [[POST|post]] that is vacant and who requested the personnel on the reverse side of the paper. A pin is then stuck through the end of the paper and it is [[STUCK_IN|stuck in]] the [[DEPARTMENT|department]] where the vacancy is. At the top of each [[DIVISION|division]] and department is the maximum [[QUOTA|quota]] of personnel authorized for that department or division by the [[AD_COUNCIL|Ad Council]] and the current number of persons in the department concerned and the division.
