It investigates any cases referred to it by the [[WW_COMMITTEE_OF_EVIDENCE|WW Committee of Evidence]] and reviews any lower [[HCO|HCO]] Committees of [[EVIDENCE|Evidence]] in its zone when necessary or so requested.
