A group processing session given by L. Ron Hubbard on the 2 March 1954

Let's now check over some people that you are not trying to hold apart-two people each time.

Two people each time that you're not trying to hold apart. Then two more people you're not trying to hold apart-specific people.

Okay. Now let's get a series of people that we're not trying to hold together-two at a time.

Okay. Let's go over that last list again. People you're not trying to hold together.

Okay. Now, this is a little more difficult. Let's get people who are not sitting in front of you insisting that you improve yourself. Get it for sure.

All right. Now let's just mock yourself up enjoying sitting still. Time after time after time after time, enjoying sitting still.

Note: The recording starts with the Group Processing already in progress.

Let's do it some more-enjoying sitting still. Time after time after time after time.

Now let's mock yourself up as a little spot of light out in front of you that is enjoying sitting still and going noplace.

Lots more times. You, a little dot of light, enjoying sitting still, being completely motionless.

Let's do that a lot more times, enjoying sitting still. A little dot of light that enjoys sitting still.

Now let's change it a little bit: that enjoys sitting still back of a head.

Keep putting it there until you are very, very sure that it's thoroughly enjoying itself just sitting still back of a head, doing nothing.

Put it there many times. Enjoying sitting still, doing nothing.

And put it there a lot more times. A little dot of light enjoying sitting still back of a head and doing nothing.

Okay. Now mock-up your body, many times, enjoying having a little dot of light sit still behind it.

Let's do that many more times. Mock-up your body enjoying a small dot of light sitting behind it doing nothing.

Let's put it there many more times. Put your body there enjoying having a small dot of light behind it doing nothing.

Now let's mock-up a small dot of light enjoying being in a state of confusion.

Okay. Let's find some places where you're not. Find some more places where you're not.

Grab the two back anchor points of the room, hotd on to them and don't think. Okay. Let's let go.

And let's mock-up a planet enjoying having you on it.

Let's do that some more. Planet after planet now. Each one enjoying having you on it.

Planet after planet enjoying having you on it. Okay. Now let's find some places where you're not.

Okay Hold on to the two back anchor points of the room, sit there and don't think. Okay. Let go.

And now let's mock-up spaces enjoying having you in them. Let's get many more spaces, each one enjoying having you in them. Many more spaces enjoying having you in them.

Okay. Now let's mock-up some suns, one after the other, enjoying shining on you. Some more suns enjoying you shining on them. Some more suns enjoying shining on you. Many more suns enjoying shining on you.

And now many spaces enjoying having you in them. And many more spaces enjoying having you in them.

Okay. Now mock-up many planets, one after the other, each one enjoying having you on it.

Okay. Find some places you are not.

Find two heavy pieces of MEST and hold on to them, sit there and don't think. Just hold on and don't think. Hold on and don't think.

Okay. Now find some places where you are not. Get some with complete certainty-places where you are not.

Okay. Now let's put enjoyment in the front wall of the room.

Now put it in the back wall of the room.

Put it on the right-hand wall of the room.

The left-hand wall of the room.

The ceiling of the room.

The floor of the room.

Now let's go through that routine again, several times, over and over. Put enjoyment in the front wall, in the back wall, in the right wall, the left wall, the ceiling and the floor.

Let's roll through that many times now.

Now let's pick out four spaces immediately near to hand, and one after the other put enjoyment in each one. And then start back to the first and put enjoyment in the four again, one after the other.

Put enjoyment in the four spaces, one after the other.

Okay. Now let's mock-up you, as a dot of light, enjoying letting the body do all of your creation for you.

Mock-up yourself enjoying letting the body do all of your creative work for you.

Let's do that some more. You, a dot of light. And you can mock-up a body, too, with it. Get the dot of light enjoying letting the body do all of its creativeness for it. Sexual, artistic, any other way.

Do that many more times.

Many more times. You, a dot of light, enjoying letting creation be done for you.

Now let's mock-up you, a dot of light, each time enjoying the fact that the body has everything and you don't have anything.

Okay. Now let's mock-up you, a dot of light, enjoying receiving things-presents, light, sensations-let's mock you up enjoying receiving things.

Let's mock you up some more, each time enjoying you receiving things-you enjoying the receipt of things.

Do that many more times now-enjoying you receiving things.

Many more times, enjoying you receiving things.

Okay. Now mock yourself up as a dot of light enjoying having things done for you.

Many times. Each time you, a dot of light, enjoying having everything done for you.

Now put it behind your body's head-this dot of light, you, enjoying everything being done for it.

Put it there many times, each time enjoying having everything done for it.

Okay. Now mock yourself up as a dot of light, enjoying being able to create nothing. Enjoying the inability to create.

Now mock-up yourself as a dot of light many times, enjoying being disabled.

Okay. Let's find a couple of heavy pieces of MEST, hold on to the two of them, sit there and don't think.

Okay. Let go now. And find some places you are not.

Okay. Now mock-up your mother and your father enjoying the prospect of raising a baby. Many times.

Many more times. Mother and Father enjoying the prospect of raising a baby. Many more times.

Okay. Now mock-up, time after time, a member of the opposite sex enjoying being married to you. Whether married or not.

Now mock-up a member of the opposite sex enjoying how able you are-enjoying your ability.

Do that many more times-enjoying your ability.

Now mock-up yourself as a little dot of light enjoying the ability of a member of the opposite sex.

Okay. Now let's mock-up a member of the opposite sex enjoying your sexual prowess.

Now mock-up yourself as a dot of light enjoying the sexual ability of a member of the opposite sex. Now make that the one, now, who enjoyed it the least.

Okay. Now mock-up yourself as a dot of light enjoying the idea that sex is the only way you can create.

Okay. Now mock-up yourself as a dot of light enjoying the fact that people won't walk away from in front of you.

Now mock-up yourself as a dot of light enjoying being stuck to things. Do that many times.

Now look around your surroundings and mock-up yourself as a dot of light against many of these objects and get yourself enjoying being stuck to them.

Do that again, object after object-mock-up yourself as a dot of light, stuck to it and enjoying it.

Now mock-up yourself as unable to let go of things, object after object, and enjoying the fact.

Now pick out space after space, and each time mock yourself up in the middle of it, enjoying being lost.

Okay. Find a couple of heavy pieces of MEST, a couple of heavy objects, hold on to them and don't think.

Okay. Let go.

Find some places where you are not. Find the floor beneath your feet. End of session.
