([[QUAL|Qual]] [[STAT|stat]]) this stat is, of [[COURSE|course]], a method of computing the [[INDIVIDUAL|individual]] worth of the [[STAFF|staff]]. This stat is counted by adding up all those persons actually working on staff for that week. It does not count paying [[PUBLIC|public]] internes, or staff students [[OFF|off]] on full-[[TIME|time]] [[TRAINING|training]] in the [[ORG|org]] or a [[HIGHER_ORG|higher org]]. It does not count AG [[OFFICE|Office]], [[FBO|FBO]] or [[FLAG_REP|Flag Rep]]. It does count [[HCO|HCO]] expeditors and any [[PAID|paid]] part time staff. It does not count casual [[VOLUNTEERS|volunteers]] or FSMs [[DOING|doing]] projects for the org or [[AUDITOR|Auditor]]'s Association [[PERSONNEL|personnel]]. The criterion to the stat is who are the people working on staff to get the org stats.
