membership of the court consists of a chairman of [[OFFICER|officer]] [[RANK|rank]], a [[SECRETARY|secretary]] and from one to three members. The court's duties consist of correcting [[FALSE_REPORTS|false reports]], [[FALSE|false]] accusations and [[THIRD_PARTY|third party]] activities which have been detrimental to the repute of the [[INDIVIDUAL|individual]] or harmful to his wellbeing. A [[COURT_OF_APPEAL|Court of Appeal]] is not held until the person has taken [[NORMAL|normal]] [[RECOURSE|recourse]] actions available to him in his [[OWN|own]] [[ORG|org]]. Persons in the [[PROCESS|process]] of a [[COMMITTEE_OF_EVIDENCE|Committee of Evidence]], [[ETHICS_HEARING|Ethics Hearing]], or conditions assignment may not [[PETITION|petition]] a [[FOLO|FOLO]] for Court of Appeal until the [[ACTION|action]] is concluded. Where [[ETHICS|Ethics]] Orders have been issued against a person, the disclosure of one proven incorrect [[REPORT|report]] in the order does not permit all of the [[FINDINGS|findings]] to be cancelled. Each specific false report must be individually handled and cleared or not cleared.
