Keeps up-to-date [[PROGRAM|program]] files, target boards and [[LOGS|logs]] required to properly oversee execution. Coordinates all orders received for orgs from other parts of the FB and [[COMMODORE'S_STAFF|Commodore's Staff]]. Sets priorities. Ensures orgs are not [[CROSS|cross]] ordered by keeping in a tight filter [[LINE|line]]. Ensures that FRs send in their [[ROUTINE|routine]] reports and that these are [[OUT-POINT|out-point]] free. Receives, verifies and acknowledges FR compliances. 2. (Branch 12A, Flag [[MANAGEMENT|Management]] Bu) it is headed by the [[FFR|FFR]]. It continues its functions of [[ESTABLISHING|establishing]] and [[OPERATING|operating]] the FR Network, and has been assigned the additional duties of execution of [[ORG|org]] Flag pgms from Flag on down and [[COORDINATION|coordination]] and priority setting of all orders into orgs. It is the filter [[POINT|point]] which ensures no [[CROSS_ORDERS|cross orders]] into orgs. It sets priorities for all orgs and ensures the FOLOs know and follow these priorities.
