[[FALSE|false]] attestations are [[DEATH|death]] and dynamite. These come in when an [[INSTRUCTOR|instructor]] or [[AUDITOR|auditor]], [[D_OF_T|D of T]] or [[D_OF_P|D of P]] or [[BOARD_OF_REVIEW|Board of Review]] signs a request for [[CLASS|class]] or [[GRADE|grade]]. This request infers and therefore "attests" that the [[STUDENT|student]] or PC is qualified for the class or grade. If at some later date (barring [[AMNESTY|amnesty]] intervention) the student or pc is shown to be incompetent in that class or grade, [[HCO|HCO]] should at once unearth the original class or grade request and call a [[COMMITTEE_OF_EVIDENCE|Committee of Evidence]] on whoever signed it since it was a false [[ATTESTATION|attestation]] of [[COMPETENCE|competence]] for auditors or [[STATE|state]] of [[CASE|case]] for pcs.
