1. the head of the [[ORG|org]] is the [[COMMANDING_OFFICER|Commanding Officer]] or [[EXECUTIVE|Executive]] [[DIRECTOR|Director]]. He is usually also the [[PRODUCT_OFFICER|Product Officer]]. He is senior to the [[EXEC|Exec]] [[ESTO|Esto]].

2. the org is commanded by the Commanding [[OFFICER|Officer]] (SO orgs) or the Executive Director (non SO orgs). He knows the valuable final products of the organization, he demands them.
