a new [[DEPARTMENT|department]] for [[FCDC|FCDC]] entitled Department of [[GOVERNMENT|Government]] Relations. The entire activity of this department is to [[HANDLE|handle]] matters with [[IRS|IRS]], courts, [[SECURITIES|securities]] commissions, [[STATE|state]], city and national governments and protect and [[BETTER|better]] the FC [[POSITION|position]]. All persons from these agencies or governments must be routed by [[RECEPTION|reception]] only to [[DGR|DGR]]. The government [[ACCOUNTANT|accountant]] and a part-[[TIME|time]] attorney and all FC attorneys deal with this department only. The [[PURPOSE|purpose]] of this department is to wall [[OFF|off]] all government and [[LEGAL|legal]] affairs from the FC and prohibit them from entering FC [[LINES|lines]] and disrupting FC activities.
