It must be kept in [[MIND|mind]] that the [[PRODUCT|product]] of the organization is not Scientologists but conditions changed by [[SCN|Scn]]. 2. [[DEPT|Dept]] 13, [[DIVISION_5|Division 5]]. It makes sure no untrained [[STUDENT|student]] or unsolved [[CASE|case]] gets [[PAST|past]]. Finds the real [[ERRORS|errors]] in any failures (no student or pc ever gets [[UPSET|upset]] if the [[ACTUAL|actual]] [[ERROR|error]] is spotted; they only get upset when a [[WRONG|wrong]] error is found). Refuses to get so concentrated on "validating people" that errors are overlooked for this backfires also. Routes those passed quickly to Certs and Awards and those failed quickly to [[REVIEW|Review]] and routes any [[ETHICS|ethics]] matters discovered promptly to Ethics.
