when a [[CASE_SUPERVISOR|Case Supervisor]] has done the following in addition to the requirements of a Senior [[C_SLASH_S|C/S]], he shall be issued a [[GOLD|gold]] [[CERTIFICATE|certificate]] with the [[TITLE|title]] [[DEAN|DEAN]] OF [[TECHNOLOGY|TECHNOLOGY]]: [[SAINT_HILL_SPECIAL_BRIEFING_COURSE|Saint Hill Special Briefing Course]], [[CLASS_VIII_COURSE|Class VIII Course]], [[CASE_LEVEL|case level]] to the [[CLASS|class]] of his [[ORG|org]], has a uniform record of [[CASE|case]] [[SUPERVISION|supervision]]. His posts and duties are those of a [[SENIOR_CASE_SUPERVISOR|Senior Case Supervisor]] but extend to all the [[FIELD|field]] of his [[AREA|area]] including missions, and he has the [[POWER|power]] to suspend certificates, order [[RETRAINING|retraining]] or retreading or internship or re-internship for all Auditors of his area of whatever class whether [[STAFF|staff]] or not and may only be overruled or personally disciplined by the [[GUARDIAN|Guardian]] [[OFFICE|Office]] or a [[MEMBER|member]] of the [[INTERNATIONAL_BOARD|International Board]] after due hearings and formal [[ETHICS|ethics]]. This certificate requires the final authorization by External [[HCO|HCO]] Bureau, Authorization and Verifications [[UNIT|Unit]] and [[CS-4|CS-4]] or [[CS-5|CS-5]].
