AOUK will [[ESTABLISH|establish]] two [[BANK|bank]] accounts under the headings of [[AO_RESERVE_ACCOUNT|AO reserve account]] and AO domestic [[ACCOUNT|account]]. The domestic account will be for withdrawals of a [[SHIP|ship]] type nature, i.e., [[FINANCIAL_PLANNING|financial planning]], [[FSM|FSM]] commissions, weekly [[ALLOCATION|allocation]] for [[OTL|OTL]] AO, capital [[EXPENDITURE|expenditure]], etc. The signatories for this account will be [[LRH|LRH]] singly and any two of the following persons: [[COMMANDING_OFFICER|Commanding Officer]], [[CHIEF_OFFICER|Chief Officer]], [[SUPERCARGO|Supercargo]], Third [[MATE|Mate]], [[PURSER|Purser]] and [[DIRECTOR|Director]] Disbursements.
